We are a professional manufacturer. Unlike trading companies, Torik has its own factory and R&D center. This means you get factory-direct pricing (saving 15-30%) and direct technical support from the engineers who built your machine.
We provide lifetime technical support. For every rig, we ensure long-term availability of original spare parts. If you encounter issues, our team offers 24/7 video guidance to help you solve them quickly.
Yes, absolutely. We support OEM/ODM. We can customize the drilling depth, hole diameter, chassis, and engine (e.g., Cummins) based on your geological conditions and project requirements.
For standard models, we have stock ready for shipment in 3-7 days. For customized orders, production takes about 15-20 days. We handle all export documentation and ship globally via sea freight or land transport.

Yes, absolutely. We understand that engine reliability and local parts availability are crucial. While our standard rigs come with high-quality domestic engines, we can install Cummins, Weichai, or other international brands upon request. Please specify your preference when requesting a quote.
Yes, we provide a One-Stop Solution. To ensure the best compatibility and performance, we supply a full range of drilling tools including DTH hammers, tricone bits, PDC bits, and drill pipes. Buying the complete package from Torik saves you shipping costs and ensures all components fit perfectly.
Yes, we ensure your team knows how to use the machine. Every rig comes with a detailed operation manual and maintenance guide in English. Additionally, we provide lifetime online video support. For large orders or complex projects, we can dispatch engineers to your site for on-site training (additional costs may apply).
We have extensive experience in global logistics. Before shipment, the rig is coated with anti-rust wax. Vulnerable parts are wrapped in protective layers, and the machine is securely lashed and fixed inside the container or on the Flat Rack to prevent movement. We also purchase marine insurance to cover any unforeseen risks.
We embrace transparency. We welcome you to schedule a live video call (Zoom/WhatsApp) with our sales manager. We will take you on a virtual tour of our production line, assembly workshop, and finished stock, so you can see the real Torik factory from the comfort of your office.
Torik offers a 12-month or 2000-working-hour warranty (whichever comes first) on the main machine. During this period, if any manufacturing defect occurs, we will send replacement parts via air express (DHL/FedEx) free of charge. We stand behind the quality of our manufacturing.
